I couldn't choose an executive for my order.

Please go to the affected order, which you can find in your purchase history.

Choose the executive you'd like to assign to your service by clicking on "assign executive". Once chosen you are all set.

If you are still having an issue with an executive not being assigned, email with the order and the executive you'd like to assign. Be sure to first note if that executive is available by checking through the roster at the top of the service page.
