There can be several reasons you didn't hear from the executive at the scheduled time.
- Check if you have unknown callers blocked. This can often be the case whether phone or Skype. You may need to check the apps on your phone and with your provider.
- Check if your contact information is correct. There may be a typo or error in your numbers or username.
Go to your consultation order, which you can find in your confirmation email or in your purchase history.
- Is the call CONFIRMED? After you choose a time, your executive must also confirm. Sometimes a schedule conflict arises in the meantime for the executive.
- Are there more scheduling options? This means that the executive needs to reschedule, and perhaps you did not receive the email notification. Choose a new time, or select "these times don't work" and comment some alternatives.
